WOLA Records Request Process
Comprehensive White Oak Lake Association information is available to all WOLA members on our association website at www.wolamembers.com such as:
- Rules
- Bylaws
- Covenants
- Fishing Activities
- Members directory
- Articles of Incorporation
- Lake treatment schedule
- Annual meeting minutes
- New Member Welcome Letter
- Current Board Member and Committee List
- Boating and Swimming information
- Year-end financial statements
If WOLA members have any question concerning the above, please direct your questions to the email link on the website. Current WOLA members in good standing may request additional records in writing with the understanding that a reasonable fee will be charged to the requestor to cover time and materials. The board may request additional information. Failure to respond with clarifying information within 30 days shall be deemed a denial by the board.
Individual records cost will be in alignment with Illinois state code search and staff fees. Page copying fees will be in alignment with the current rate charged by the local Office Depot per-page fee. All monies collected will be payable to White Oak Lake Association. Records request should be submitted to the WOLA Board at wolacommunications@gmail.com and will be reviewed at the next Board meeting.
